On April 19th, Daisy’s Country Cravings Market and Deli Liberty celebrated their grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony with the Luray Chamber of Commerce. Formerly known as the Happy Mini Mart Liberty, Daisy has transformed the store into a southern food destination.

The station offers all 3 grades of E-10 gasoline, non-ethanol gasoline, on-road diesel, and off-road diesel fuel. In the convenience store you can find fresh produce, live bait, snacks, unique syrups, jellies, and old-time candy. Stop in for southern food favorites prepared fresh for takeout or sit in service.

Since taking over as dealer, Daisy has welcomed in customers from all over Page County and Luray with her delicious food and hospitality. Daisy is the proud mother of 2 boys and recently married her husband who is her rock.
